- Returning schools (from previous 2026 events) will receive early access to place a temporary hold from September 1 to 15, 2026.
- The calendar will open up to new groups to request a temporary hold from September 16, 2026 onwards.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 + GST will be required by October 15, 2026.
