For 2027 requests, please contact us in the Fall.

• Returning schools (from 2026) will receive early access from September 1 - October 15 to place a temporary hold.
• The calendar will open up to new groups starting October 16, 2026.
• A main organizer's contact information must be included in a hold/reservation request.

Package options will be posted here at the end of the Summer.
