A waiver form must be signed prior to select activities including roller skating, laser tag, and go karts. Under 19 years old requires an adult signature.
You are welcome to print the waiver at home prior to arrival.

- Youth Group: Roller Skating and Laser Tag. Go Karts are not included in the package, but credits can be used towards a race.
- School Group: Roller Skating only.
